In no event shall Guru Nanak Consultancy’s liability exceed the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haridwar. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar.
